For close to thirty years, KRRM had been a beloved source of Country & Western music for fans in the Rogue Valley. However, due to an outdated image and a general lack of brand presence, the station struggled to compete with the growing popularity of online radio and other music options. Despite their best efforts, KRRM was ultimately forced to go off the air in late 2019, leaving many long-time listeners wondering what would happen next.
In 2020, as KRRM sought new ownership, we were brought on board to help revitalize their brand with a bold and distinctive new look. Inspired by classic cowboy imagery, and the rich history of the Wild West in Southern Oregon, we reimagined the station's dated logo and crafted a powerful new emblem. Drawing on the iconic imagery of cattle drives, we transformed the KRRM logo into a literal cattle brand. With this dynamic new identity, the station successfully returned to the airwaves in early 2021, and began to reestablish itself as a top listening destination for fans of Country & Western music.
